The National Transportation Safety Board held the final hearing on the Hoboken crash and a similar one in Long Island that occurred last year, on Tuesday.
"In both cases, the board found that the engineers were suffering from obstructive sleep apnea and had passed out as they entered the train terminals," The Post says. "Regular testing would have prevented the incidents, the board found."
